Renting conditions for 2025
We let the house for rent during the high season (june to september), by week or period of consecutive weeks.
In order to avoid massive traffic jams in the Rhône valley, we now propose to start the stay on sundays:
Arrival : sunday after 4:30 PM
Departure : sunday before 11 AM.

The reservation will be actually registered after a partial payment of 30% of the rent amount, the rest will be due upon arrival.
A security deposit check of 1500 € will be asked for upon arrival. This check will not be banked and will be returned, except in case of important damage.
Common charges (water, electricity, gas, phone calls to the local area) are included within reasonable amount. Phone calls outside the local area or to mobile phones are not allowed.
We expect the house to be returned clean, otherwise we shall charge an extra 170 € for cleaning.
Please also take care of the leftovers from your animals in the garden!

When you want to book the house, we shall send you the renting contract. We expect you to sign it and return it with the partial payment check and a certificate of holiday insurance (an extension, normally included, to your house insurance). We shall then send you back the contract, this time signed by us, a receipt and the directions to the cottage.
